Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 3-year people plan aligned with company objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design
  • Coach leadership teams and enhance performance management systems while launching development tools for managers
  • Oversee global compensation structures, benefits harmonization, and ensure compliance with regional employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in People/HR within enterprise software or tech-enabled services across multiple countries
  • Experience in building or scaling People functions during periods of high growth, M&A, or carve-outs
  • Proven track record of implementing global grading and reward frameworks, HRIS, and people analytics
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance across the UK, Ireland, US, and Japan
  • Ability to coach executives and engage credibly with Board members and investors
