Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for an hourly workforce, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records management
• Manage recruiting and hiring pipelines from job postings through offers, adapting to new market openings
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving payroll and scheduling issues while providing bilingual support

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of People Operations or HR experience
• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations for hourly workforces
• Proven experience with payroll processing and resolving discrepancies
