Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in People Operations; 4 years leading a team
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR compliance
- Proficiency in Workday Core and Analytics
- A keen understanding of the business' strategy
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
