Head of People Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People Operations to lead initiatives in People Operations and HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a client-facing People Operations business unit, including market research, service offerings, and pricing models
• Drive P&L performance and foster a collaborative team culture aligned with corporate values
• Oversee internal People Operations, including talent acquisition, benefits management, and compliance with labor laws

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in HR/People Operations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and willingness to learn offshore labor laws
• Experience with remote-first or hybrid work models
• High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with virtual teams
