Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, particularly at scale (1,000-5,000+ headcount)
  • Deep expertise in People Ops and Total Rewards, including compliance, policies, compensation, and benefits
  • Strong people management skills with a respectful leadership style
  • Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving
  • High resilience and ability to deliver outcomes quickly
