Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the People strategy in partnership with the executive team, focusing on talent, performance, and engagement
  • Oversee HR systems and ensure data integrity and compliance across all people processes
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to reinforce company values
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR/People Ops experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a growth-stage startup
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and People Ops fundamentals
  • Experience with HR platforms such as Rippling, Gusto, or similar
  • Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to influence at all levels
