Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the People strategy in partnership with the executive team, focusing on talent, performance, and engagement
- Oversee HR systems and ensure data integrity and compliance across all people processes
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to reinforce company values
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive HR/People Ops experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a growth-stage startup
- Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and People Ops fundamentals
- Experience with HR platforms such as Rippling, Gusto, or similar
- Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on execution
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to influence at all levels
