Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS migration and manage the HRIS and people tech stack
• Design and implement scalable processes for the entire employee lifecycle
• Own people analytics strategy and ensure data integrity for informed business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in People Operations or HR
• Experience in organizations with 850-3,000+ employees globally
• Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction employment issues and global payroll
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
