Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the recruiting engine and a team of IC recruiters
  • Own core people operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll
  • Design and implement compensation frameworks and performance management systems
Required Qualifications
  • Experience scaling a company from ~50 to 150-300 employees
  • Background in a technical company such as AI, infrastructure, or engineering-heavy organizations
  • Proven experience in building recruiting functions and performance management systems
  • Strong talent judgment with the ability to attract senior candidates
  • Ability to operate with full ownership and navigate ambiguity effectively
