Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the recruiting engine and a team of IC recruiters
- Own core people operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll
- Design and implement compensation frameworks and performance management systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience scaling a company from ~50 to 150-300 employees
- Background in a technical company such as AI, infrastructure, or engineering-heavy organizations
- Proven experience in building recruiting functions and performance management systems
- Strong talent judgment with the ability to attract senior candidates
- Ability to operate with full ownership and navigate ambiguity effectively
