Job Summary
Leading a comprehensive people operations strategy, the full-time Head of People Operations will manage employee relations, coach managers, and oversee talent acquisition in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead employee relations, advising managers on performance issues and resolving workplace concerns
- Design and implement a manager coaching curriculum, supporting managers through various employee relations situations
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a consistent candidate experience and managing the applicant tracking system
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 7 years focused on employee relations, manager development, and talent management
- Proven experience in coaching managers through performance and conduct situations
- Deep knowledge of HR disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, and multi-state employment law
- Experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs for behavior change
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred
