Job Summary

Leading a high-impact People team, the full-time Head of People Operations will serve as a strategic partner to the COO and executive team, driving people strategy and systems while managing people operations and enhancing employee experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the COO and executive team to refine organizational structures and strengthen leadership capabilities
  • Own and optimize people operations systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing the operational infrastructure
  • Lead, mentor, and support the People team, setting strategic direction for operations and employee engagement
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment
  • Proven experience in building and managing people operations teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and global workforce planning
  • Experience advising and influencing C-suite executives
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with expertise in HRIS systems and metrics
