Job Summary
Leading a high-impact People team, the full-time Head of People Operations will serve as a strategic partner to the COO and executive team, driving people strategy and systems while managing people operations and enhancing employee experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the COO and executive team to refine organizational structures and strengthen leadership capabilities
- Own and optimize people operations systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing the operational infrastructure
- Lead, mentor, and support the People team, setting strategic direction for operations and employee engagement
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment
- Proven experience in building and managing people operations teams
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and global workforce planning
- Experience advising and influencing C-suite executives
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with expertise in HRIS systems and metrics
