Job Summary
Leading the People Operations department for a 16-month maternity cover contract, the part-time Head of People Operations will develop and execute the People strategy, manage talent acquisition and employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and drive the People strategy while collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team
- Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent
- Cultivate a positive company culture and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in an HR/People leadership role, particularly in a scaling software company
- Experience managing HR functions for global entities, including recruitment
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
- HR degree, CIPD, or similar relevant qualification is a bonus
