Head of People Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Head of People Operations will partner with the executive team to design and implement effective people systems, enhance talent quality, and build a high-performance culture as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent quality, and performance management
• Design and protect the company's talent bar, including hiring standards and performance cycles
• Build and maintain a scalable People Operating System that drives alignment and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People, Talent, HRBP, or People Operations leadership
• Proven experience building People systems in high-growth environments
• Strong executive judgment and ability to operate as a strategic partner
• Experience managing a multi-state U.S. workforce and knowledge of compliance
• Direct experience transitioning a workforce out of a co-employment/PEO model
