Job Summary
As a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, the full-time remote Head of People Operations will focus on organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, workforce planning, and developing scalable people programs to align talent strategy with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic People partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Lead organizational design initiatives and develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business priorities
- Oversee executive recruiting strategy and coach leaders through organizational change and team effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Experience overseeing Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions
- Demonstrated success partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams on organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Strong executive coaching and leadership development experience
