Driving the strategic vision for the People function, the full-time Head of People Strategy will lead a talented team in a remote setting, focusing on enhancing leadership effectiveness, performance architecture, and culture while championing an AI-native approach to people operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and implement leadership standards and accountability measures to enhance organizational culture and performance
  • Oversee the performance architecture, ensuring alignment between individual contributions and company outcomes while leading organizational design and change management
  • Develop and execute a culture roadmap that fosters engagement, retention, and accountability across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Senior HR leadership experience in technology companies during periods of transformation or scaling
  • Proven track record of building strategic People functions beyond compliance or administrative roles
  • Experience in defining leadership standards and embedding accountability into organizational culture
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing performance, engagement, and culture with measurable outcomes
  • Practical application of AI in People workflows, organizational design, or workforce strategy
