Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Head of People Technology will oversee the evolution and scaling of the People Technology ecosystem, focusing on Workday and recruiting technology, while managing integrations, governance, and enhancing employee and candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People Technology team responsible for Workday and recruiting technology administration and support
- Own the strategy for Workday and the broader TA technology stack, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs
- Build and manage a comprehensive Workday and TA technology roadmap, focusing on reducing tech debt and improving self-service capabilities
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in HR technology, People systems, or HRIS
- 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in Workday, including configuration, security, and governance
- Experience in managing strategic vendor relationships for HR technology platforms
- Strong understanding of HR systems integrations and data integrity practices
