Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various paid channels
  • Manage a multi-million marketing budget focusing on efficiency and growth
  • Continuously analyze campaigns to optimize for customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI)
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2C tech or app subscription environments
  • Proven experience scaling paid campaigns on social and search platforms with seven-figure monthly budgets
  • Deep expertise in channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Google Analytics Suite
  • Experience leading creative teams with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization
