Job Summary

Head of Performance Marketing, responsible for leading the paid acquisition strategy and execution to drive scalable user growth in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own paid acquisition strategy and performance targets across channels
  • Manage customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and optimize for profitable growth
  • Lead channel execution and optimize conversion rates through experimentation
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition in consumer tech or fintech
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs efficiently
  • Deep expertise in major paid channels such as paid social and search
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in managing CAC, LTV, and attribution models
  • Experience in building creative testing frameworks and collaborating with Brand teams
