Job Summary
Head of Performance Marketing, responsible for leading the paid acquisition strategy and execution to drive scalable user growth in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy and performance targets across channels
- Manage customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and optimize for profitable growth
- Lead channel execution and optimize conversion rates through experimentation
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition in consumer tech or fintech
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs efficiently
- Deep expertise in major paid channels such as paid social and search
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing CAC, LTV, and attribution models
- Experience in building creative testing frameworks and collaborating with Brand teams
