Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of major and mid-level gift officers, providing coaching and training
• Develop and execute financial development strategies for major, mid-level, and planned giving
• Collaborate with other teams to meet revenue goals and enhance donor relationships

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in mega and major gifts development
• Experience in hiring, training, and leading a diverse team of fundraising professionals
• Proven track record of securing significant financial gifts from individuals and foundations
• Bachelor's degree required; CFRE certification preferred
• Committed Christian who aligns with the organization's mission and values
