Head of Platform

Job Summary

Owning the Platform domain end-to-end, the full-time Head of Platform will define the platform strategy, lead a cross-functional engineering organization, and ensure the platform's security, scalability, and reliability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the platform strategy, roadmap, and success metrics while driving scalability and engineering excellence
• Oversee custody infrastructure and compliance capabilities, ensuring secure asset management and regulatory readiness
• Lead a cross-functional team, mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions to build a strong engineering culture

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading platform, infrastructure, or core engineering teams
• Strong background in fintech, payments, digital banking, or financial infrastructure
• Practical experience with custody platforms like Fireblocks and understanding of KYC and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Node.js and experience managing platform reliability and incident management processes
• Experience in building and scaling engineering organizations and managing platform budgets and roadmaps
