Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Platform Engineers while fostering a collaborative culture
• Define and drive the strategic vision and product roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Champion the "Platform as a Product" approach, focusing on enhancing developer experience and autonomy

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in platform, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Strong understanding of "Platform as a Product" principles and experience applying a product management mindset
• Extensive hands-on experience in scaling platforms within a DevOps culture, including CI/CD pipeline management
• Deep technical knowledge in software development, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools
• Ability to translate business strategy into a clear platform roadmap while making pragmatic decisions
