Head of Platform Engineering

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Platform Engineering, the full-time remote leader will manage the design, development, and evolution of core technology platforms, including AI infrastructure, integration engines, and enterprise systems, while fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive platform modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and ongoing evolution of core platform capabilities, including orchestration engines and Salesforce integrations
• Build and lead cross-functional partnerships to align platform strategy and accelerate delivery of unified capabilities
• Drive platform modernization while ensuring security, compliance, and resilience in a regulated environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles, preferably in wealth management or fintech
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and integrations
• Strong background in building orchestration engines and real-time data platforms
• Hands-on experience with modern data and AI platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
