Job Summary

To drive revenue and ensure successful implementation, the full-time Head of PLM Growth will manage the entire sales pipeline for the Product Lifecycle Management solution, collaborating with Account Executives to close enterprise deals while serving as the Implementation Lead for customer onboarding and technical validation, with a hybrid work arrangement available in New York, San Francisco, London, or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the enterprise sales funnel, executing master services agreements and statements of work while demonstrating ROI to stakeholders
  • Act as the primary implementation engineer, configuring PLM workflows and managing data migration from legacy systems
  • Drive user adoption through technical training and feedback iterations, while translating customer needs into product roadmap items
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the PLM space, with a focus on sales, implementation, or utilization in enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of managing complex B2B enterprise SaaS sales cycles with revenue targets exceeding $100k ARR
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and enterprise software architecture
  • Hands-on experience with data transformations and configuration tasks, ideally using Python or SQL
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic negotiations with tactical system configurations
