Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Pre-Sales & Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers and Solutions Engineers
  • Design and implement the end-to-end technical sales process to accelerate deal velocity
  • Personally lead technical engagements on strategic and complex deals
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or pre-sales roles within B2B enterprise SaaS, with at least 3 years in a management capacity
  • Hands-on experience with technical product demonstrations and complex sales cycles
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in at least one programming language
  • Experience operating within a structured sales methodology and a track record of contributing to quota
  • Proven ability to build processes and operational frameworks that enhance team effectiveness
