Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish reporting on opportunities to track win rates and build a library of reusable technical assets
- Lead the design of complex technical solutions for enterprise accounts, ensuring scalability and profitability

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in tech services, with expertise in global talent platforms or digital transformation
- Proven leadership in Client Success or Account Management at the Director level or above
- Hybrid technical and commercial acumen, with understanding of network infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Experience in consultative sales, turning client problems into structured engagement models
- Builder mentality with experience in scaling operations in high-growth environments
