Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Presales to bridge the gap between engineering capabilities and executive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish reporting on opportunities to track win rates and build a library of reusable technical assets
- Lead the design of complex technical solutions for enterprise accounts and standardize the proposal process
- Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CIOs, translating business objectives into product engineering and AI-driven roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of tech services experience, preferably in global talent platforms or digital transformation
- Proven leadership in Client Success or Account Management at the Director level or above
- Hybrid technical/commercial acumen with understanding of network infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Consultative sales mastery with a track record of structured engagement models
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments, demonstrating a builder mentality
