Job Summary

To build a procurement function from the ground up, the full-time Head of Procurement will manage indirect spend, negotiate vendor contracts, and drive savings while collaborating with business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build the procurement function, including processes, policies, and tools
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and negotiate effective solutions
• Own end-to-end sourcing across direct and indirect spend, ensuring efficiency and savings

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management with hands-on experience in building functions
• Proven track record of delivering measurable savings and reducing risk through established procurement processes
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle across a diverse vendor base
• Demonstrated negotiation success across multiple spend categories
• Experience in high-growth startups or scaleups, particularly in hardware or supply chain environments
