Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy to enhance operational excellence and financial stewardship
• Oversee procurement governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards
• Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, driving collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or related field preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies in complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to donor funding and federal acquisition regulations
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior leaders
