• Proven track record leading product at scale in top-tier payments or fintech companies
• Deep domain expertise in payments, including onboarding/KYC/AML, billing/settlements, and fraud/risk
• Execution-focused operator who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
• Experience scaling API-based platforms or embeddable services
• Startup or venture-backed experience with an entrepreneurial mindset
