Head of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product to run their product function with full autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify pain points
• Define product development priorities and write actionable specifications for engineers
• Analyze product usage data and make independent tradeoff decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Hands-on experience in user research, writing specifications, and backlog prioritization
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and analytics dashboards
• Experience building AI-powered products integrated into user workflows
• Strong UI/UX instincts and at least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+3 working hours
