Head of Product

Job Summary

Leading the product organization in a full-time remote capacity, the Head of Product will own the development of AI-driven products, manage a team of PMs and designers, and drive product strategy from concept to launch while collaborating closely with engineering and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the next generation of AI products, determining where to leverage AI across various operational aspects
• Build products that address real operational complexities in last-mile delivery, ensuring they improve outcomes
• Lead and grow the product organization by conducting 1:1s, hiring new team members, and fostering a high-performance culture

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI products in production, dealing with real-world challenges
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-native workflows and prototyping tools
• Background in operationally complex environments such as logistics or marketplaces
• Strong product judgment with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
• Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering an environment for talent to thrive
