Job Summary

Owning the full product experience for Decile Hub, the remote Head of Product will manage the product roadmap, write clear specifications for engineers, and leverage AI tools to enhance user experience while collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product experience from user login to complex workflows, ensuring clarity and functionality
• Set and drive the product roadmap by aligning user needs with business priorities and operational realities
• Write precise specifications that minimize ambiguity and respect engineering resources

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years in product management with a proven track record in shipping complex SaaS products
• Genuine technical fluency with experience in Rails or similar web frameworks
• Active use of AI tools to enhance workflow and productivity
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on structured thinking
• Strong UX sensibility with experience in designing functional tools for complex domains
