Head of Product

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Head of Product, the full-time remote leader will own the product vision and strategy, transitioning fast-moving concepts into scalable products for both human and autonomous agents while building and scaling the product function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the agentic economy
• Transform existing onchain distribution and incentive engines into products optimized for autonomous agents
• Drive user acquisition by identifying and executing strategic initiatives to onboard participants into the ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Proven product leadership with experience in turning product visions into scalable, real-world applications
• Deep AI fluency with active engagement in AI applications and experience with existing models
• Strong first-principles thinking to design and analyze complex systems and incentives
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for product development
• Decisive and autonomous, with the ability to make high-stakes decisions independently
