Head of Product

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time Head of Product will own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize business outcomes, and lead cross-functional execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and translate company goals into a multi-quarter roadmap
• Make prioritization decisions focused on business outcomes, impacting GMV, supply, and demand
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure successful product launches

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of Product or similar role with a strong track record in product strategy
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environments
• Experience in building product operating systems and prioritization models
• Demonstrated understanding of AI integration within product ecosystems
• Strong cross-functional leadership and exceptional communication skills
