Head of Product

Job Summary

Experienced and hands-on, the full-time Head of Product will own product and design end-to-end, leading a small senior team while managing customer demands and ensuring quality delivery in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, prioritizing key initiatives and making tough decisions on project scope
• Ensure predictable and quality delivery of products, maintaining a commitment to timelines and standards
• Lead and mentor a small team of product managers and a design lead, fostering a culture of collaboration and high standards

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading product at a growth-stage software company, preferably in research, data, or dev-tools
• Strong understanding of AI integration in product development and team operations
• Technical proficiency to engage with the codebase and manage technical debt versus velocity
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across different time zones and stakeholders
• Experience in making structured decisions and prioritizing tasks effectively
