Head of Product
Job Summary
To support a growing product organization, the full-time Head of Product will lead and develop the team, strengthen product discovery, and ensure integration of design and engineering efforts in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Product organization, coaching Product Managers and Designers to enhance their skills
- Own the commercial case for the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Strengthen product discovery processes, implementing continuous discovery and validation practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership or coaching roles
- Strong background in product discovery and decision-making processes
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Design and Engineering in SaaS environments
- Comfort working in an AI-first product environment with a focus on human judgment
- Experience in healthcare, education, or mission-driven SaaS is a plus
