Head of Product Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Compliance in multiple locations or remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product Compliance function, establishing relationships across product teams and delivering value-add compliance advisory service
• Partner with cross-functional risk, legal, and product teams to bring products to market in compliance with financial partner and regulatory obligations
• Develop and implement programs for assessing new product risk, identifying launch conditions, and supporting compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in compliance advisory role, preferably in fintech or payments industry
• Proven track record of building compliance teams and aligning goals with business objectives
• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance matters, including financial crimes, licensing requirements, and consumer compliance
• Ability to identify and define problems, build project plans, and manage their implementation
• Respect for financial rules and regulations, with an eagerness to innovate and drive the industry forward
