Head of Product - Data Centers

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product - Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product and project development, ensuring timely delivery of in-development projects
• Originate and close leasing agreements while managing a pipeline of prospective tenants
• Evaluate acquisition targets and contribute to investment committee presentations and strategy materials

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in European data center development or colocation sales with a proven deal origination track record
• Hands-on experience in overseeing data center construction or fit-out projects
• Deep knowledge of European data center markets and comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions
• Technically literate with an understanding of relevant financial and operational metrics
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus
