Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Design to lead and build mobile product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end new product design to align solutions with user needs and business goals
• Create innovative products and experiences by understanding user behaviors and advocating for user-centered design
• Manage the Product Design team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship through design reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience, focusing on mobile app design
• 3+ years of experience in leading and managing Product Design teams
• Proven track record of creating new products in emerging spaces
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside engineers and product managers
