Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head, Product Design to lead their design function and define user experience for financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the design vision and strategy for core product pillars: Trade, Transact, and Tokenize
• Build and mentor a high-performing design team, promoting a culture of learning and success
• Oversee the creation of design assets and ensure successful implementation with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX leadership within a software development environment
• Proven experience managing design teams in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to understand technical concepts, including REST APIs and database mechanics
• A strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B or fintech digital products
• Expert-level mastery of Figma and familiarity with project management tools like Jira
