Head of Product Design

Job Summary

Head of Product Design is a full-time remote position requiring expertise in behavioral design and team leadership, responsible for managing a design team and overseeing product solutions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers while overseeing product design solutions
• Develop and execute design strategies focused on behavioral design and user success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Engineering leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in behavioral design and experience in both B2B SaaS and consumer apps
• Experience in building products from inception to growth
• Strong product sense and human-centered design advocacy
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
