Head of Product Design

Job Summary

To define and build the design discipline at a rapidly growing company, the full-time Head of Product Design will establish the vision and standards for product design while leading a talented team to create exceptional user experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and publish a Product Design strategy and establish design principles that differentiate the company in the market
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements in platform engagement and ensure high-quality customer-facing experiences
• Lead and develop the Product Design team, fostering a culture of feedback, accountability, and AI-driven design practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Head of Design or Design Director
• Proven track record in leading design at a high-growth SaaS company with measurable business impact
• Experience building and scaling design teams, with a focus on talent retention
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and experience designing complex, data-rich products
• Active use of AI in design practices and a mindset geared towards innovative design solutions
