Head of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a design team in a high-impact role, the full-time Head of Product Design will own the design strategy and ensure quality product decisions while collaborating with cross-functional leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guard the quality of design and product decisions by partnering with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership
• Lead design initiatives across Core and AI tracks, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Build and shape the design team, managing direct reports and evolving the team as the company scales

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in behavioral design with a focus on changing user behavior
• Experience in both B2B SaaS and consumer applications
• Strong product sense with a track record of solving real user problems
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
