Head of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact design team, the full-time Head of Product Design will own the design strategy, manage a team of designers, and ensure quality across product initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guard the quality of design and product decisions by partnering with leadership and challenging ineffective solutions
• Lead design efforts across Core and AI tracks, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Own the company's design strategy focused on brand perception and user success, while managing and growing the design team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in behavioral design that influences user behavior beyond just feature delivery
• Experience in both B2B SaaS and consumer applications
• Proven track record in setting and executing design strategies focused on user success
• Fluent in English (C1+) and Russian, with strong executive-level communication skills
