Job Summary
Leading a high-impact design team, the full-time Head of Product Design will own the design strategy for the company, manage a team of 3 designers, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guard the quality of design and product decisions by partnering with cross-functional teams and challenging ineffective solutions
- Lead design initiatives across Core and AI tracks while ensuring alignment with brand perception and user success
- Build and grow the design team, making strategic hiring decisions and evolving the team as product tracks scale
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product design with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in behavioral design, creating experiences that influence user behavior
- Experience in both B2B SaaS and consumer applications
- Proven track record of building products from inception to growth
- Strong product sense with a focus on solving real user problems
