Job Summary
Leading a high-impact design team, the full-time Head of Product Design will own the design strategy for an AI-powered mental healthcare platform, managing product solutions across Core and AI tracks while collaborating with cross-functional leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guard the quality of design and product decisions by partnering with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership
- Lead design initiatives across Core and AI tracks, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Own and execute the company's design strategy focused on brand perception and user success
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product design with 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Expertise in behavioral design, creating experiences that influence user behavior
- Experience in both B2B SaaS and consumer applications
- Strong product sense with a focus on solving real user problems
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
