Job Summary
Leading a team of designers, the full-time Head of Product Design will set the vision and strategy for product design at Tilt, ensuring high-quality user experiences across various financial products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design function by establishing vision, standards, and strategy that align with company objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and researchers, fostering their growth and enhancing team impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design into problem definition and roadmap-setting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consumer product design, preferably in fintech
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing design teams
- Experience in shaping product strategy and roadmap at the leadership level
- A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work and business outcomes
- Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma, and an interest in AI integration
