Required Qualifications

• Experience in product education, customer education, or instructional design within a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to build and scale content systems and processes
• Strong understanding of different learning modalities for behavior change
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and distribution
