Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Education to lead the development of product education strategies for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product education strategy aligned to company goals
• Build and scale a repeatable content creation process across various learning modalities
• Establish and track key metrics to measure impact and guide priorities

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in product education, customer education, or instructional design within a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to build and scale content systems and processes
• Strong understanding of different learning modalities to drive behavior change
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus but not required
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and distribution
