Job Summary
Leading product direction and engineering execution, the fully remote Head of Product & Engineering will manage SaaS product priorities, oversee engineering teams, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with distributed teams across various time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Own product priorities, roadmap decisions, and feature planning
- Lead and manage engineering teams, translating product priorities into development plans and releases
- Personally investigate and test product issues, configuring and managing Jira workflows independently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Must have started career as a software engineer/developer
- Proven record of excellent software development and technical problem-solving
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Proven ability to lead and develop software engineering teams in a distributed environment
