Job Summary
Leading product strategy and customer experience initiatives, the full-time Head of Product Experience will own the product vision and roadmap while transforming the customer journey in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own product vision and roadmap, focusing on creating new categories at the intersection of genomics, AI, and consumer health
- Lead and develop a high-performing product and design team, ensuring excellence in product management
- Drive customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies and personalized genomic insights
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading product in high-growth consumer environments with proven impact on engagement and revenue
- Expertise in consumer subscription products and lifecycle engagement
- Proven ability to build AI-enabled or data-driven products
- Experience in hiring, training, and scaling high-performing product and design teams
- Fluency in analytics and experimentation with a strong bias toward action
